DEKOTE AF is AEROCHEM's newest military approved product in accordance with Air Force T.O.1-1-8. Specially formulated for removing coatings from aircraft surfaces that have been prepared using PREKOTE. Other paint removers fall short of removing coatings from PREKOTED surfaces resulting unacceptable dwell times and multiple applications of paint remover. No more than 2-3 applications of DEKOTE AF are required to completely remove coatings from PREKOTED aircraft saving costly manhours and product in the depaint process. In most cases one full flow day can be cut from the depaint process when DEKOTE AF is used. Additionally, DEKOTE AF easily breaksdown and removes polysulfied primer coatings.
